POSITION DESCRIPTION:
MediTelecare, the leading provider of behavioral healthcare to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), seeks an experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales and Operations.
This role will engage with existing customers and prospective customers to offer telehealth and in-person solutions for their residents and oversee all operations for their prescribed region.
As a vital member of the regional management team, the SVP plays a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with all facilities within the region and serve as their primary point of contact.
This person will take proactive measures to manage and nurture key relationships that ensure the success of the region.
Reporting to the CEO, the SVP's primary goals are to maintain existing business, acquire new business, and improve low-performing facilities by effectively managing caseload and increasing referral volumes.
This position offers significant responsibility and earning potential.
Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Essential Functions:
Routinely and regularly interacting with and visiting in person with each facility in the regionEstablishing and maintaining strong relationships with key facility stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities to expand servicesProactively identifying and addressing negative trends in volumeProactively identifying potential clinical service delivery issues and immediately addressing with CCOAddressing facility requests and concerns immediatelyProvides field support to the clinical teamEnsures referrals and related processes run as designedMonitors activity to ensure facility needs are being metGrows facility caseloads, expands (or protects) services, and generally ensures happy customers on a day-to-day basisInterfaces with and serves as primary contact with the facility administrator/executive director, director of nursing services, and the director of social services at client facilities on an ongoing basis to ensure client satisfactionResponds immediately to urgent calls from the facility and facilitates problem-solving - escalates issues as appropriate.
Follows up with the facilities to ensure satisfactionWorks collaboratively with regional business development staff to support the development of new business, and set and achieve regional goals related to new development and maintenance of current businessSupports regional marketing strategy and coordinates execution of new facility contracts; expands scope and depth of services in existing accountsDevelops plans to manage and improve under-performing facilities--from a focus of maximizing limited clinician resources, i.

, deploying clinicians where they can be most effectiveNetworks within long-term care, mental health facilities, and local associations to generate new business for the companyEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSING:
Minimum bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience in healthcare, long-term care, or related fieldMinimum 7 years' sales experience and minimum 5 years' experience managing peopleAbility to interact with all levels of staff at customer locationsDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationshipsExperience in sourcing, sales, and closing on new businessUnderstanding of skilled nursing facilities, hospice, home care or similar industriesValid driver's license KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
